With strong Portfolio & Sales knowledge alongside analytical skills and structured way of working, you are able to understand interdependencies, connect relevant dots and identify relevant risks, vulnerabilities and opportunities as input to the Integrated Business Planning process. You show continuous curiosity to learn about the business and its drivers within and beyond your area of scope and implement your learnings to improve the Integrated Business Planning process, content and results. You manage to perform in a constant changing environment, and you are able to mobilize people for business performance improvement purposes.
About the job
As Financial Business Partner - Sales & Portfolio you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP). You collaborate within a matrix organization with Demand Planning, Commercial Execution, Head of FP&A Sales, BU Controllers, and Product Management as main stakeholders to derive holistic analysis & overview from sales/commercial side to support the reconciliation & IBP Executive Management Team (EMT) reviews. Your tasks will include:

You probably hold a Bac. or Master’s degree in Economics as well as some years’ experience working with IBP and Sales & Portfolio related work in an international manufacturing company or as Management Consultant in an acknowledged consultancy firm.
