Regional Sales Manager, DACH
Volume Sales – Team Management - Retail
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for volume sales that covers our “retail in a box” solution and the management of a small team based in Germany covering the DACH region. Along with the regional team, you will represent K3 at potential clients working within Retail. Together with your Sales Director, you will be setting up a commercial plan on how to actively approach new clients.
Your potential clients are single stores, large retail chains and everything in between. Our software offers the best solution for all of them. You will be advising them on top priorities, which they will face in the upcoming years: omnichannel shopping, mobile devices, loyalty programs and apps. You will deliver solutions to them for now and the future.
You will report to the Global Sales Director and be a part of an international team.
Operational sales responsibility and managing your own team
You will be responsible for leading the sales team in maintaining and expanding the customer base by building and maintaining relationships with key existing customers and new customer opportunities. Aside from your managerial responsibilities, you will also have a more operational sales responsibility. We are expecting the team to grow and therefore you will be in charge of attracting new team members, in close collaboration with HR. Furthermore, you will:
Requirements and qualifications
You have a proven IT-sales record, preferably within retail, fashion, POS-systems etc. You have some managerial experience and have established a proven sale methodic. Furthermore, you can communicate fluently in German and English. As a person, you have a winning personality and are able to lead by example. You are a people person with the ability to understand the customer and translate their needs into solutions.
